Convert paystubs to CSV
CSV is the format every tool accepts. StubParse turns paystub PDFs and photos into a flat CSV with consistent column names, so imports work the first time.

Flat or pivoted
Choose one row per stub for sorting and filtering, or one row per employee with pay periods as columns.
Consistent column names
Different payroll providers label things differently; the export uses the same field names every time.
Imports anywhere
Open in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers, or import into your accounting or HR software.
How it works
- Step 1
Drop the stubs
PDFs or photos, one or a batch. Files are read in your browser.
- Step 2
Review the numbers
Every field is editable, and three math checks re-run as you type.
- Step 3
Export
Excel with styled headers, a flat CSV, or JSON. Include YTD or leave it out.
Questions
- What delimiter does the CSV use?
- Commas, with values quoted where needed, which every spreadsheet app reads.
- Are amounts formatted as numbers?
- Yes. Amounts are plain numbers without currency symbols or thousands separators, so they sum correctly.
- Can I include year-to-date amounts?
- Yes. Turn on YTD to add a YTD column next to each current amount.
