Turn ADP paystubs into a spreadsheet
ADP earnings statements pack a lot into one page: regular and overtime earnings, statutory deductions, voluntary deductions, and a year-to-date column for each. StubParse reads all of it and lays it out as rows.
Statutory and voluntary deductions, kept apart
Federal, state, Social Security, and Medicare go under Taxes. 401(k), medical, dental, and similar items go under Deductions, so your totals reconcile.
Current and year-to-date for every line
Each line keeps both columns, so you can export just this period or include YTD for income checks.
Downloaded PDFs or phone photos
Statements downloaded from the employee portal have a text layer and parse instantly. Photos and scans go through OCR, or AI mode for difficult ones.
How it works
- Step 1
Drop the stubs
PDFs or photos, one or a batch. Files are read in your browser.
- Step 2
Review the numbers
Every field is editable, and three math checks re-run as you type.
- Step 3
Export
Excel with styled headers, a flat CSV, or JSON. Include YTD or leave it out.
Questions
- Can I convert several ADP stubs at once?
- Yes. Drop a batch and export them together, one row per stub or one row per employee with periods as columns.
- Does it work with ADP stubs that have multiple earning codes?
- Yes. Each earning line becomes its own field, with hours and amounts kept separate.
- Is StubParse made by ADP?
- No. StubParse is independent and not affiliated with ADP. It reads the statements ADP produces.
