Turn TriNet paystubs into a spreadsheet
TriNet is a PEO serving small and mid-sized businesses, and its pay statements reflect co-employment. StubParse reads TriNet stubs in your browser and turns every line into rows you can sort, sum, and export.
Co-employment, handled
PEO stubs can name both the PEO and your company. StubParse captures the employer fields so you can tell them apart.
Pooled benefits as separate lines
Medical, dental, vision, and other plan deductions each come through as their own field with YTD.
Verify income across periods
Line up several stubs to see pay frequency, average pay, and annualized income on the Business plan.
How it works
- Step 1
Drop the stubs
PDFs or photos, one or a batch. Files are read in your browser.
- Step 2
Review the numbers
Every field is editable, and three math checks re-run as you type.
- Step 3
Export
Excel with styled headers, a flat CSV, or JSON. Include YTD or leave it out.
Questions
- Why does my stub say TriNet instead of my employer?
- TriNet is a PEO, which co-employs staff and runs payroll for your company. That's normal, and both names are extracted when present.
- Is StubParse affiliated with the PEO?
- No. StubParse is independent and simply reads the stubs it produces.
- Is StubParse made by TriNet?
- No. StubParse is independent and not affiliated with TriNet. It reads the stubs TriNet produces, the same way it reads stubs from any other payroll provider.
